Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to U-TIME International Billiards and Sports Bar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By entering our premises or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

Facility Rules and Conduct

General Conduct

• Customers must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent/guardian
• Valid ID required for age verification and alcohol service
• Respectful behavior towards staff and other customers is required
• No outside food or beverages permitted
• Appropriate attire required (shirts and shoes must be worn)
• No smoking or vaping inside the facility

Equipment and Table Usage

• Customers are responsible for proper care of equipment
• Damage to tables or equipment will result in repair charges
• Table reservations are subject to availability
• Time limits may apply during peak hours
• Personal cues are permitted but subject to inspection

Payment and Pricing

• All fees must be paid in advance unless credit arrangements are made
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• Tournament entry fees are non-refundable after registration deadline
• Credit card processing fees may apply
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services

Liability and Safety

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate in activities at your own risk
• U-TIME is not liable for personal injury or property damage
• You are responsible for your personal belongings
• Security cameras are in operation for safety purposes
• Emergency procedures must be followed when announced
• Intoxicated individuals may be refused service or asked to leave

Leagues and Tournaments

• League and tournament rules are posted and must be followed
• Registration deadlines are strictly enforced
• Substitutions must be approved by management
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension or expulsion
• Prize distributions are final and non-negotiable
• Disputes must be resolved through proper channels

Alcohol Service Policy

• Valid government-issued ID required for all alcohol purchases
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• No alcohol service to visibly intoxicated individuals
• Last call times are strictly enforced
• Customers are responsible for arranging safe transportation
• Management may cut off service at their discretion

Privacy and Photography

By entering our facility, you consent to:

• Security monitoring and recording
• Photography and videography for promotional purposes
• Use of your likeness in marketing materials
• Social media posting of event photos

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify management upon arrival.

Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Remove individuals who violate these terms
• Terminate memberships without refund for rule violations
• Ban individuals from the premises
• Involve law enforcement when necessary

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and at our facility. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
